Create endpoints in server to work with the zip file store

• PUT /notes

  • Params = None (excluding auth params)
  • header fields:
  • Content-type: application/zip
  • Content-disposition: 'attachment; filename=timestamp.zip'
  • Body: ByteArray of zipfile

• GET /notes

  • Params = None (excluding auth params)
  • Response:
    • Content-type: application/zip
    • Content-disposition: 'attachment; filename=timestamp.zip'
    • Body: ByteArray of zipfile

• GET /notes-timestamp

  • Params = None (excluding auth params)
  • Zip file name should have format x_timestamp.zip on server, retrieve timestamp and send it back as int
