May need root permissions
Edit your /opt/rt4/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm
Add this line:
Set(@Plugins, qw(RT::Extension::LDAPImport::MultiEmail));
or add "RT::Extension::LDAPImport::MultiEmail" to your existing
@Plugins line.
You will also need to specify which attribute contains "alternate"
email addresses, via:
