Don't attempt to parse IP/Date(Time) CFs if value is NULL · 9e7f3841
      Kevin Falcone authored
We pass NULL into the Date/IP parsing logic *before* we get to the check
which says "Oh, are you saying CF.{foo} IS NULL? Then just left join to
OCFV and be done with it". This causes warnings and errors in the logs
from trying to parse NULL as a Date or IP. We did the right thing and
executed the LEFT JOIN anyway, but it caused a lot of noise.

      Test of the Queue/ObjectId failures · 141ca2cc
      Kevin Falcone authored
These tests are based on the RTIR initialdata file which identified the
problem and fail on 4.2-trunk because of warnings generated during the
      initialdata load of t/api/initialdata.t
I suspect we want to enhance our initialdata sample with any further
      Handle::InsertData hacking (or docs/initialdata.pod updates).

New "Notify Owner or AdminCcs" Scrip Action · 2a6ac1ce
      Kevin Falcone authored
Useful if you want to keep AdminCcs in the loop about a ticket until an
Owner is assigned and then want them to stop getting email. Nothing
      uses it by default.
The smallest code override I came up with was to lie in Argument for
Notify, so we just return Owner or AdminCc for "who to notify" depending
on the Owner of the ticket. Doesn't handle the case where you set an
Owner during a reply because of update ordering on Display.html.
