This commit adds support for hood.math at the University of Waterloo
using the ICC compiler.  Before compiling and running, the user's
environment should be set up with:

. /opt/intel/bin/iccvars.sh intel64

and

. /opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.1.106/mkl/bin/mklvars.sh intel64
