This adds bench_fdipole (Fourier Dipole), which copies bench_dipole
save for a fourier x fourier x chebyshev grid; this allows exact
replication of the case in the methods paper for timing tests.
Notably, this differs from bench_dipole in that the 1D solve (rather
than the 2D multigrid solve) gets used.
