Make Wishlist for Courses
UI Add and remove courses to a wish-list and send notifications to user if any courses on the wish-list have enrolment capacity (if it was at maximum when it was added to the list).

Creating public repositories is now restricted due to the persistent threat of performance degradation from scraping which negatively impacts all users of this service.
On Sept 1st, all remaining public repositories will be changed to internal visibility. If you have questions or concerns, submit a support request to the GitLab team.
