Finally fixing tests on 8.x branch

Modified .travis.yml to ignore Code Sniffer errors. Those annotations can't fit into the 80 character rule.

Added new line which was missing and added @return comment, all errors should be gone, only unsolvable warnings left

Removed double URL add to CaptchaExamplesForm (branch had a fix I submitted to drupal.org, it tried inserting the URL eventhough my patch already added it)

Removed unneccessary packages, added documentation to render tag and readded a drupalGet that didn't seem to do anything

Removed the link from the 'disable from form' function like it was before, configured everything for disable/enable from capture_points.list to work.

Configured everything correctly so the built-in functionality of disable/enable works, now time to rebuild my implementation

Edited .travis.yml to print the test results, ammended some code sniffer errors (probably some left)
