+771: [minor] There should be no trailing spaces

Adding feature to Page Title to only load Node Page Titles if the Show Field is enabled for that type.

Minor fix to the Default Value of the Page Title for Term Edit pages where a Page Title isn't set. Causes an E_NOTICE error.

Backported a patch from D7. Uses the Settings API in the module to define the variable_get defaults. Also added a flush facility to the page_title_get_settings function.

Fixed #1094682 - incorrect URL on the content type admin page. Bug spotted and fixed by solotandem. Thanks.

Major rewrite of the admin form setting handling plus some code cleanup and backporting of better use of menu system from Drupal 7

Revised the on-page help, provided a prompt to configure after install and moved the settings into Site Configuration

Major restructure of the page title handling - each module now has its own include which uses hook_page_title_alter and hook_page_title_pattern_alter

Major work on the Views 2 integration - had to rework the Page Title feature as a Page display. The preprocessing method wouldn't export the settings

Work on the views hanlding code... The data now gets saved on save rather than individual setting submission

More improvements to the Views integration with Page Title... Still no specific arg tokens, but better form altering

Split the hook_form_alter into multiple hook_form_FORM_ID_alter functions and added vertical tab support from #658196
