Enhance admin browsing

Let's put some proper admin tools into the system to make the process a little more pleasant.

A couple of useful options:

• Searching on projects
• Filtering on projects
• listing groups on the projects

It may also be useful to add a markdown editor to the description model that supports file uploads. There's a django package out there that supports it.
