This patch has some minor editing, but stops the user from being
able to use /bin/sh or system() within the assignment which bypasses
some work that should be done by the student.

Added kernel-side scripts for assignment 2

We specifically cannot use run.sh as an example as it contains the
deliminator used by our testing framework to split up tests. This
makes the framework believe the script itself is splitting up tests and
can cause weird bugs.
