CAS-CLEARPASS-:3 Merging clearpass code into the CAS server codebase. All clearpass config is enabled, save the one element in the deployerConfigContext.xml. Also configured the java CAS client in the web.xml using property values that should be filtered out when invoking a maven war overlay.
