All components that deal with authentication now accept a varargs array
of credentials:

1. CentralAuthenticationSerivce#createTicketGrantingTicket()
2. CentralAuthenticationSerivce#grantServiceTicket() (renew form only)
3. CentralAuthenticationSerivce#delegateTicketGrantingTicket()
4. AuthenticationManager

The use of varargs Credentials provides call compatibility with 3.x
components while supporting the requisite inputs (multiple credentials)
for multi-factor use cases.

Initial commit

The latest jasig-parent POM requires maven-license-plugin license:check goal to pass for release phase. The plugin has been configured for CAS and the license:format goal was used in addition to manual configuration to get thel icense check to pass. The license:check goal should be executed from the project root periodically to facilitate regular compliance checks.

Implemented OpenId Smart mode. Refactored and fixed OpenId dumb mode. Fixed and extended openIdService test. All tests pass.
