Recommendation Lists for Each User

User Story

As a: developer,
I want: a list of recommended books for each user
so that: I can display it to the user.

Functional Requirements

Requires #49 (closed)
Load in the saved model
Run the model for each user, save the list to the database
Remove all books that the user has rated from this list
Update User Rating Code (#48 (closed)) to also remove books from the recommendation list
Show recommendation list on homepage
Create page that lets user browse all books in recommended order

Description

This is required for the MVP.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
