new simulations with all parameters at once, reinstane VectorizedRNG, remove weights for household sampling, need to redo intervalsmodel again

found bug in VectorizedRNG, back to default. Also reran intervals model, and now should rerun model fitting.

added tests to ZeroWeightedDistributions, removed vector rand function cause it was wrong, but we don't use it in the simulations anyway

merge IntervalsModel into CovidAlertVaccinationModel, dependecies are too tight to manage as too packages easily
