This reverts commit c68d608a.

This does nothing when the next call is drupalLogin(), which calls
drupalLogout() itself.

ISTWCMS-4101: Add layout builder EC module along with test for the layout builder section configuration form

This prevents anything from being above it.

When using randomString(), it would sometimes include a less-than sign
which would result in a test failure since the name would cut-off at the
less-than sign. This is indicative of a bug, but it is not worth
searching for it since actual names do not include the less-than sign.
