Couldn't figure out what tagged format would work, so this will do for now.

Fixes issue from e6214693 and cda65754.

Use the tagged version of Metatag that includes the needed commit, instead of a hash between versions.

Update composer.json remove all the pieces that are found in the top-level recommended project composer.json

Update composer.json adding tags for some of the hashes we were using. Current hashes general are point to the branch tip anyway so things are currently working.

Update composer.json reverting back to previous (since theses changes don't seem to of borken tests).
