FDSU-1652 Add autocomplete_deluxe, fences, uw_cfg_page_title, uw_ct_signle_page_home and uw_theme_marketing to make signle page work in the 2.x branch.

repo. Tyler may make changes when he ports our changes to the master

RT-527488: Merged uw_cfg_more_buttons into uw_site_fdsu. The config set permissions and default settings for the more buttons module.
