FDSU-1667 Removed search_autocomplete and uw_cfg_search_autocomplete due to uw_ct_service 7.x-1.x search do not use autocomplete.

FDSU-1667 Removed views_sort_null_field from uw_base_profile 7.x-1.x due to uw_services_search view which use this module is not existing in uw_ct_service 7.x-1.x.

RT#527488: Removed uw_cfg_user_protect from the 1.x make file because it was merged into uw_site_fdsu as part of performance optimization.

FDSU-1667: Removed the uw_cfg_content_lock because it is no longer needed. We removed the content_lock module with the 1.10 release.

Fallback to $UWpref when it is not defined, which is most of the time.
When $UWpref contains non-alphanumeric characters, such as Han
characters on Chinese sites, $UW_file_path should contain the English
version of the URL.
