FDSU-257: Added single event to views and web services so you can add the nid to the query string and bring back only one node.

added more changes to events for web services, a machine name and friendly name as well as the ability to add a before and since date to the json query to narrow down a search.

 thought I would remove the dsm's as well, but after the fact 'cause who doesn't like commit messages
