Updates to support auto-loading of location data 'import' form a .csv file. Added logic to disable adding a new event or location content if this module is disabled.

Added audience, map info link and more information link fields. Moved custom code from the features.inc file to the .module file. Rebuilding feature did not over-write .module contents.

Updated events content type to use the location module and ajax driven lookup from a uw_locations content type. When editing a location, user can pick from a dropdown list of locations (uw_location nodes) and upon selection, event location details are updated.
