Removing Gesso

For now packages are commented out in Dockerfile. Once this is proven to
work as expected, we can delete them.

Removing aliases for gesso from uw.bashrc file.

Adding platform target to mariadb.

This may be related to the latest update of mutagen (0.16.3) or docker desktop version (4.15.0). Without this platform flag, there were multiple warnings:

mariadb The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8).

With out this filter there is an error message when parsing uw.bashrc file (which requires parsing).
