Updated setup.sh with an empty password_settings file, added folders for phpstorm to access each profile seperately.

Added max_input_var to php variables and removed the xdebug config for apache2 since it is symlinked to mods-available.

Corrected issue with xdebug not getting the version of PHP to show up in the folder path and added the version we need so it works with PHPStorm.

Added a variable for the PHP version and made the apt-get install line multi-line so it's easier to read.
