Averaging
Added averaging script to Science. spanmean.cpp contains several functions for computing averages in x and y, and derivatives.cpp contains the implementation.
On or around 9:00am on Monday the 9th of March, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.9.x release line.
