began work on new FAST overlay -- added overlay model, moved notices, added project permissions
On or around 4:30pm on Thursday the 29th of May, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch release 18.0.x.
