FE: Garbage icon on booking card to delete booking

Outlined garbage icon on the corner of a booking card to delete a given booking.

Warning popup to confirm they want to delete booking? May want to have a booking screen when clicking on booking card that has garbage icon, instead of on the card itself

Idea: can not cancel a booking on the day of the booking (ie date of cancellation != date of booking)

side thought: do we want to put a confirmation dialog for booking a room just like cancelling a room?
