To Discuss: study room specific logic

do we want to implement any of these features?

  1. cannot book more than one study room in a day
  2. currently we cannot cancel a booking 3 hours prior to start time. good with that?
  3. currently we can book a study room 30 days in the future. good with that? edge case for don't go into the next term?
