FE: display new home page

display new home page with search bar on top, building cards, available now rooms, based on your preferences cards.

Ensure the available now rooms title is dynamic. "Available at XXXX" where XXXX is a timestamp rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.

want horizontal scrolling for first two cards (building and available now). vertical scrolling for the last card (base on your preferences).

for both "based on your preferences" and "available now" ensure there is a "empty state" if the query results in no study rooms

for the based on your preferences, if user has the default preferences, display a message within a card (something that'll look nice) that will direct user to set preference in the profile screen ("You have no set preferences, set them here!)
