FE: Error messages for filtering

red error message that displays an appropriate error message onClick of Apply . Don't let them continue if they choose any of the options below:

• "Date Time filter is outside of opening hours" (if they pick a time outside of 9 AM - 9 PM)
• "Date Time filters in the past" ( if the choose a filter in the past)).
• "Can only filter 30 days into the future"
• "One of the mm / dd / yyyy or the hh / mm is selected but the other isnt" (We don't want it so that they select the date, but not the time or vice versa"
• "Please fill in all date time fields" (if they filled in the hour field, for example, make sure they filled in month, year etc)
• Out of range date for a month (29 onwards for Feb, 31 for November, etc)
