[BUG] Clicking on the file tab in debugging mode takes you back to the other file

Steps to recreate:

• Paste a Z-spec into the nd_example.grg file:

• Click "start debugging" under the debugging tab (it should open the debugging panels)
• Click back to the Files:

Actual behavior: The file being edited in the center gets changed to the scratchpad.grg (the first file in the file directory),

Expected behaviour: it should stay on the Z-spec file
