Stop train on sensor
Added a command that sends a stop command when the train hits a specific sensor. Will be used for measuring stopping distances.
Syntax is st <train number> <sensor num>, where sensor num is in range 0-79, with A1=0 and E15=79.
On or around 9:00am on Thursday the 23rd of April, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.11.x release line.
