ISTWCMS-6350: apply patch from https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3059955#comment-14973054 to fix max media items
On or around 9:00am on Tuesday the 27th of January, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.8.x release line.
