ISTWCMS-5283 Update to mimemail 7.x-1.2
Starting at or around 8:00am on Thursday the 2nd of July, git.uwaterloo.ca and git-ist.private.uwaterloo.ca will be upgraded to version 19.1. Service interruption between 1 to 2 hours is expected.
