ISTWCMS-4082: Store edit page URL for use in later testing
Previously, the URL could be based on the page title instead of the node number.
On or around 9:00am on Thursday the 23rd of April, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.11.x release line.
