Coding standards fails on this module, this is because of Image gallery event subscriber. Since the code in this MR does not touch image gallery I didn't update it. Separate MR will be used.
On or around 9:00am on Tuesday the 17th of February, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.8.x release line.
