ISTWCMS-5946: css to correct alignment in text area and inputs and removal of arrows for multi select
On or around 9:00am on Monday the 9th of March, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.9.x release line.
