Base MenuBar for Application

Bilal Saad requested to merge menu-toolbar into master

Added base functionality. Most buttons don't do anything but have their associated keyboard shortcuts attached.

NOTE: I only know what it looks like on Mac OS. Hopefully someone on Windows can check that it looks alright
