Export to pdf

Print button has been replaced with an export button that will convert markdown note content into a pdf file located in the notes folder. Attached is an example of a pdf file generated.

Please note, due to the process of converting from md to html, the certain fon't and styling might be lost but is generally acceptable. I could not find a feasible workaround.

My gradlew is also changed for some reason, I researched and gradlew should be included with the changes it automatically makes so I left it in. new0.pdf
