Add base views for note editor interface

Just base of views with:

• a note toolbar with one Bold button that does nothing at the moment.
• Added a note model base, bound with a property to the view as seen here https://edencoding.com/mvc-in-javafx/#model-view-and-model-controller-connections

Meant to just a serve as a base for future work
