Project structure
Added application and server multi project structure directories and modified gradle properties and settings to accomodate both builds.
Automation access tokens are expiring. If you do not use automation that relies on a personal, group or project access token, this message can be safely ignored.

On or around 8:00am on Wednesday the 17th of July, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches.
