Add the ability to automatically do .inc files for default objects like Views does as well as more powerful version controls.

Allow restricting contexts via access control to allow the add content UI to remove irrelevant content.

Expand the context to allow the plumbing for replacing placeholder contexts with real contexts for preview.

Implement context keywords which also use the converters. Add converters to user, fix taxonomy converters.

Remove the setting to allow Views to use the exposed form as that isnt actually implemented. Would be a nice feature though.

Do not force panes to fail just because subtype does not exist. They may want to render something anyhow.
