Fix feed item node's body not being populated.

There is a caching problem where caches cleared reflect the second last configuration.

Switch node types depending on enabled feed importers.  Clear caches properly after enabling/disabling an importer configuration.

Go back to scheduling 10 feeds per iteration. Breaks tests otherwise. Needs to be adjusted in extra step.
