Issue #1298800 by hkirsman | Jeff Burnz: Fixed img max-width 100% will break Google maps (in Firefox). Fixed typo.

Change globalChange to skip maps that are in the settings array but are missing from the actual page.

Prevent clustermarker from accidentally modifying the settings. Prevents a javascript error when using multiple maps.

Copy the string based map opts over. This will allow setting the draggable cursor at the map level, etc.

Revert followup change for #337585 -- the only thing an empty macro should return is the autogenerated id.

#802102 by rooby - When editing locations, after clicking to remove a marker new markers are not properly added.

Fix #337585 -- Behavior flags on macros weren't using the site defaults. This most often manifested as missing "nomousezoom".

Fix #703480, patch by dnotes: Brown paper bag fix in gmap_module_invoke: Don't nuke the return value repeatedly when cycling through hook implementers.
Fixes an issue where all the behavior flags disappear.

Move gmap_views_gmap preprocess function to gmap.module to work around caching quirks seen in the wild.

RMT cache -- clicking on the same rmt marker more than once will show the previously fetched data instead of loading again.
