Fix #337585 -- Behavior flags on macros weren't using the site defaults. This most often manifested as missing "nomousezoom".

Fix #703480, patch by dnotes: Brown paper bag fix in gmap_module_invoke: Don't nuke the return value repeatedly when cycling through hook implementers.
Fixes an issue where all the behavior flags disappear.

Move gmap_views_gmap preprocess function to gmap.module to work around caching quirks seen in the wild.

 * hook_perm -> hook_permission
 * Update the .install for D7 -- return a message for the user instead of updating permissions, because this will be rarely run and it's a simple procedure for the user to
fix themselves.
 * Remove BEFORE and AFTER form elements that I stuck in for debugging.

Since location isn't ready yet, you have to use decimal fields to test it at the moment.
