FE: Displaying filtered rooms

combining #79 (closed) and #38 (closed).

have a screen that displays study rooms cards fetched from the #38 (closed) endpoint with an appropriate title at the top. should be directed to this screen from a successful onClick of the Apply button. We want to display the filter chips on the top of the screen so user knows what filters they enabled and they are free to change them on this screen.

ensure there is an empty state if the filters yield to no study rooms
