ISTWCMS-4157 Set up content type for Catalogs includes adding term_reference_tree module and testing function.
On or around 9:00am on Monday the 9th of March, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted to apply security and application patches. This maintenance should bring GitLab to latest patch in 18.9.x release line.
