ISTWCMS-6438: Add Catalog Item List and Catalog List Block tests

Added two cases to configBlockTest. The catalog item list test checks that catalogs display properly when block shows promoted catalog items, certain categories are selected, and certain catalogs are chosen. The catalog list test checks that headers appear as required.
