ISTWCMS-4092: adding the sidebar build array to the node in preprocess

This will preprocess the node to add sidebar if it has any.

Unpublished sidebar is rendering for users having permissions to view unpublished content.

Added check that side bar node is published at line 181, the file was in the wrong format so made it correct format, so that is why commit is whole file.

Looks good. Unpublished sidebar is not visible.
