 Presentation changes for menu parent identifier - also adjst the z-index of menu tray with full z-index map of site container.

Having no space is fine in Drupal, but leaves no space between the tag
name and the first attribute in Patternlab.

This reverts commit c26f1ac5.

Fixes issue introduced in 5f333f93.

Original issue prevented duplicate class attributes by combining all the
classes. But the extra class attributes had been ignored by browsers.
This returns it to just the classes present previously.
