ISTWCMS-4683: merging the swap font icon work into site search
requested to merge feature/ISTWCMS-4683-m26lebla-replace-icont-font-with-svg into feature/ISTWCMS-4729-ebremner-search-form
ISTWCMS-4683: adding the ability to use background colour to background svg, adding social media svg to image folder. Removal of the calls to fdsu and icon fonts . all has been completed with exception to the search icon in header, i did the work already in the site search branch. so merging them will close the icon branch.
