istwcms-4223: more column widths

I'm concerned with this one as to why those lines deleted - I didn't intentionally remove anything. However, after doing a clean rebuild of the profile using option 2, git status already shows that these changes have been made, before even checking out my branch.

Other than confirming whether or not the deleted lines are acceptable and potentially fixing whatever causes them to be removed, the testing is that the styling works as desired, as outlined in the other merge request for this ticket.

The rebuild script rebuilds the CSS based on what is in SASS, so this strongly suggests to me that a change to the SASS was not committed, but the CSS was.
